How do I download my purchase?

Once your purchase has been completed, there are two ways for you to begin downloading your purchase.

 

Option 1: Emailed Receipt

Check your email.
All purchases will receive a receipt email after the purchase has been completed.
Links
Receipt links have a 24 hour expiration from the date of receipt.
I never received an email.
Often times, our customer’s email inboxes flag our address as spam. Be sure to check your Junk folder for this receipt.
The email is not in my junk folder.

Option 2: My Account or Purchase History

Accessing 'My Account' or 'Purchase History'.
